We are not responsible for the cost incurred during this exercise unless there was a delivery error in the original package. The policy will only apply if you have a valid reason for wanting a refund or replacement. It will only be applicable if the item is still in its original good condition without any physical damages, dents, or scratches.
You should include all the accessories that come with the product. Before shipping the package;
- You should send a picture or video of the item and ensure that it is well visible
- You should send it in an outer shipping box to avoid damages
- You should send the tracking number after shipping the returning product
- If the product is damaged on delivery, you should contact us immediately and let us guide you on how to deal with the problem. In such a case, it will not be considered as a return
- If you wish to get a refund but you cannot send the item back to us for a valid reason, the refund will be done at our discretion.
